Our trading hours are as follows:

Support Contract
Each user workstation and server on the network is classed as one (1) seat.
Should the seat count change, the monthly billing amount will be adjusted
on the as of the next billable month.
Support contracts are billed on a monthly basis via direct debit, credit card
or cheque. Credit card payments will attract an additional fee of 2.5%
of the total payment.
